Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tube2.social ("the Service"), operated by Retry Artificial Intelligence Developing Services FZCO, IFZA Business Park, Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

tube2.social converts YouTube video content into social media posts using artificial intelligence. You provide a YouTube video URL, and the Service generates text content for platforms including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and blog formats.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content ownership

Your content: You retain ownership of any content you generate using the Service. The generated posts are yours to use, edit, and publish as you see fit.

Input content: You represent that you have the right to use any YouTube video content you submit to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe on the original creator's rights.

Our service: We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its design, code, and underlying technology.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls. Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited content. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization. Use the API in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

The Free plan includes limited generations per month. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time.

7. API access

API access is available on the Max plan. API keys are confidential and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your API key. We may revoke API access for misuse or excessive usage that impacts service availability.

8. AI-generated content

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content. Generated content should not be published without human review.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party providers (Anthropic, Stripe, YouTube) and may be affected by their availability. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your account.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
