tube2.social ("the Service") is operated by Retry Artificial Intelligence Developing Services FZCO, registered at IFZA Business Park, Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE ("we", "us", "our").

1. Data we collect

We collect and process the following personal data:

Account data: email address, name (optional), and social media handles you provide. Payment data: processed by Stripe, Inc. We store your Stripe customer ID but never your card details. Usage data: generation history including YouTube URLs you submit, generated content, and timestamps. Technical data: a session cookie for authentication and basic server logs (IP address, user agent).

2. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve the Service: authenticating your account, processing generations, managing subscriptions, displaying your generation history, and personalizing preview content with your name and handles. We use Resend to send transactional emails. We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate content — your transcript data is sent to Anthropic for processing but is not retained by Anthropic for training purposes.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data based on: (a) performance of a contract when you create an account and use the Service, (b) legitimate interest for service improvement and security, and (c) your consent where required.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Generation history is retained for the lifetime of your account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Third-party processors

We share data with the following processors, only to the extent necessary to provide the Service:

Stripe (payments, USA) — processes your payment information. Anthropic (AI generation, USA) — processes transcript content to generate posts. Resend (email, USA) — sends transactional emails. Cloudflare (infrastructure, USA) — provides CDN, DDoS protection, and Turnstile verification. Google (analytics, USA) — provides anonymized usage analytics via Google Analytics, only with your consent.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use a functional session cookie (t2s_session) required for authentication — this does not require consent.

Cloudflare Web Analytics: We use Cloudflare's privacy-first analytics to understand basic usage patterns (page views, unique visitors, referrers). This service does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It runs without consent as it is privacy-preserving by design.

Google Analytics: With your consent, we use Google Analytics for more detailed usage insights. Google Analytics sets cookies to collect anonymized usage data. You can accept or decline analytics cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage. Cloudflare may additionally set functional cookies for security purposes.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. International transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States by our third-party processors. These transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and secure session management.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
